NBA superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is thriving both on and off the court. The Milwaukee Bucks forward has just acquired two luxury vacation villas in his home country of Greece. The two-time MVP will spend his summers at the new Costa Navarino Residences, an upscale, eco-friendly development in Messenia, located in the southwest Peloponnese. His new homes are part of Costa Navarino’s exclusive Rolling Greens community, which is one of three residential neighborhoods within the property, alongside Sea Dunes and Olive Grove.

“I came here to Costa Navarino for one reason—because I know I can bring my family,” Antetokounmpo stated. “When I first came here in 2018, I liked that we could all be together. This is a place that can offer me what I felt as a child.”

The homes inside Rolling Greens have golf course views.

Designed by the Greek architecture firm Buerger Katsota, Antetokounmpo’s new semi-detached, turnkey homes each feature three bedrooms, all on a single story. Highlights include a large swimming pool, panoramic views of the Ionian Sea, and extensive private outdoor spaces, including a courtyard with a barbecue area.

Homes at Rolling Greens were designed by Greek firms buergerkatsota architects, TPA-Thymio Papayannis & Associates, and ISV Architects.

The sold-out Rolling Greens community offers direct access to The Dunes golf course, one of the four signature 18-hole courses at the development. Costa Navarino Residences recently completed its first phase and introduced a new Villa rental collection. This program offers high-end homes for rent, allowing guests to enjoy all the property’s facilities while experiencing the homeowner lifestyle. The villas can accommodate up to 10 guests and offer either beachfront or golf course views.

The villas feature extensive outdoor areas, a courtyard, barbecue space, and swimming pool.

Antetokounmpo, also known as the “Greek Freak,” currently owns a mansion in Wisconsin. According to Realtor.com, he purchased the home in 2018 for $1.8 million, two years after signing a four-year, $100 million contract extension with the Bucks. Located in the affluent River Hills suburb, the  estate features five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and approximately 10,000 square feet of living space. Interestingly, Antetokounmpo bought the property from former Bucks player Mirza Teletovic, who had acquired it from the 2014 Rookie of the Year Michael Carter-Williams.

The homes emphasize indoor-outdoor living.
